“一个人带娃看病在其他医院难度系数极高，在这里，不存在的。预约看诊，不论是缴费、拿药、化验、打针……通通不用排队! 而且每层都有游乐场，根本不像是医院。反正小孩每次到这里看病，踏进医院的门，病都能好一半。这，是一种神奇的力量，说也说不清楚!”
在武汉某亲子BBS中，ID为“旮旯里有颗心”的宝妈写了一篇长帖，和坛子里其他宝妈分享了她带孩子在武汉北斗星儿童医院看病的体验。
没想到，这个帖子引起大家的共鸣，有些宝妈也说起了自己带孩子在这家医院看病的感受。
ID为“joandyy”的宝妈写道:“除了挂号费偏贵，其他的都很好。怎么说呢，高挂号费享受更好的服务，可以接受就不错，萝卜白菜各取所爱。”
高挂号费、高品质服务……这样极致的评价同时出现在一家并非大家熟知的医院身上，让人忍不住一探究竟。
在患儿扎堆的武汉各大医院，候诊数小时，就诊几分钟已经成为常态。于家长而言，往往还没弄清楚孩子的情况，下一个小患者就进来了；于医生而言，一天接诊大几十个甚至近百个小患者，连轴转十多个小时几乎是常态。
有统计显示，儿科医师工作量是其他医师的2.4倍，年均承担的出院人数是2.6倍。而究其原因，医疗供需不平衡是关键。
根据2017年5月发布的《中国儿科资源现状白皮书(基础数据)》数据显示，当前中国儿科医生总数约为10万人，却要服务2.6亿0岁至14岁儿童，平均每2000名儿童才能拥有1名儿科医生，儿科医生缺口已经超过20万。
“我们想建立一个患者与医生都得到尊重的医院，或者说是平台。既能让医生的专业价值得到发挥和认可，也让病人获得更好的医疗体验，主要解决的就是看病难和体验不好的问题。”北斗星儿童医院CEO、华中科技大学同济医学院医院管理博士姚洪武说。
他表示，北上广的高端儿科医院，大力提升就医环境和服务理念，在看好病的前提下，更注重患者的感受和体验，尽管挂号费比普通医疗贵，但市场需求依然旺盛，这类医院的实力和品牌也越来越强。武汉作为中部的大都市，高端优质的儿科诊疗服务仍是比较稀缺。
基于此，作为武汉市招商引资项目、华中地区首家中外合资儿童医疗服务机构，北斗星儿童医院于2019年1月8日在武昌积玉桥正式对外接诊。2020年，北斗星儿童门诊连锁布局启动，第一家1500平方米儿童诊疗中心落户武商集团世贸广场。
截至目前，北斗星已和76家国内保险公司，15家国际保险公司签约，这些保险公司客户可在北斗星享受就医报销服务。
“我们很清楚地知道，家长带孩子看病的痛点，要解决这些痛点，需要创新，在传统医疗服务模式上寻求突破，这是消费升级时代带给新医疗的机遇。”姚洪武说。

高品质医疗与高品质服务是北斗星追求的目标，作为传统医疗的补充，北斗星积极探索一条为中高端家庭提供个性化医疗服务的新模式。
在北斗星儿童医院，大多数病患都是医院的会员，进入医院是一种熟悉亲切的感觉。一年花500元为孩子办理会员，就可以享受挂号费优惠，挂号费由非会员价的300元变成了100元，还能获得不同孩子年龄段所必需的儿童保健诊或价值千元的儿童全科体检。而医院的治疗费用、药费也与其他公立医院相当。
通过预约制，患者就诊不需排队候诊，同时医生与孩子及家长面对面的诊疗时间，一般在15-20分钟，实现医患充分沟通，医生充分倾听家长的诉求，也让家长不用担心孩子有了交叉感染的风险。
北斗星儿童医院配备了100张儿童专用病床，通过引进德国、美国、日本等国外进口医疗设备，使检查结果更精确;药品则只采用领先药厂生产的优质药物，医生开药精确到颗，并且避免过度医疗和过度使用抗生素。
除此之外，该院还提供“私人医生服务”，为0—18岁孩子提供生长发育评估、疾病预防、诊断到治疗一体化的私人医生健康管理服务，包括线上预防保健、线下体检治疗、诊后随访追踪、疑难转诊通道等等。
配合医院游乐式布局，在诊疗过程中，针对儿童心理设置了闯关游戏体检，减少了孩子们看医生的抗拒心理。比如1至3楼都设置了滑滑梯等游乐设施，6楼的睡眠监测病房以钢铁侠、小猪佩奇等主题布置，医生和护士穿着印有小鱼、兔八哥等卡通图案的诊疗服装，整个就医环境充满童趣。
北斗星儿童医院的高端服务品质吸引了在汉外籍患者，医院提供了英语、法语、日语的外语陪诊服务，每月都有几十名外籍儿童在北斗星就医。
回应文章开头的挂号费问题，姚洪武说:“北斗星儿童医院药品是零加成，我们提倡医生少开药，诊金（挂号费）看上去是相对高一些，但是这里面包含对医生专业价值和时间的认可。从会员的角度来说，时间成本节省了，就诊过程中的焦虑少了，得到的关爱和照顾更细致。在北斗星，患者和医生都能得到充分的尊重。”
姚洪武表示，医院运营中考虑得最多的，就是怎样才能更好地满足客户需求。而这一问题归根结底无非两点，一是确保高品质医疗，二是不断提供超客户预期的服务。
无论是在武汉还是北上广等城市，体制外儿童医院都很少，更多的是“儿童诊所”。原因在于开办一家医院，涉及到住院、手术、麻醉、护理等安全体系打造以及上下游供应商专业资源的整合，门槛较高。而这一点恰好是北斗星儿童医院的优势所在。
医疗品质首要靠技术。北斗星儿童医院医生来自于包括武汉和北上广三甲医院的专家。北斗星儿童医院院长王智楠教授是中国儿童耳鼻喉专委会副主任委员、原武汉市儿童医院耳鼻喉科主任。医院拥有50多位三甲医院名医教授，提供儿童全科和家庭五官科疾病的诊断和治疗。
